Studio: Day III

Last sunday (8/12) was our third and last day in the studio. We recorded bass and vocals and started to do some mixing, which we will continue (and hopefully finish) tomorrow. We think that we can already promise you a really brutal and variated release! Stay tuned.

Studio: Day II

Second day in the studio is at its end. Today we finished drums and guitars for all songs and recorded bass for three of them. Tomorrow we will finish the bass on the rest on the songs and start recording vocals. Hopefully there will also be some time for mixing.

Studio: Day I

So, today we hit the studio, one year since last time, and the day we release The Echo of Emptiness.  

Most of the time went to set up the studio in the most crappy way we could. We also recorded guitar and drums for a couple of songs which we will continue working with tomorrow along with the rest of our material.

Our debut MCD The Echo of Emptiness will be released by Nigredo Records on the 6th of December. This date coincides with the day we yet again enter the studio to record our next release. End of a cycle, beginning of another cycle... Pure Nigredo spirit!

Time to record...

FÖRDÄRV is preparing to enter the studio once again. It will be pretty much a year since we recorded The Echo of Emptiness when we now enter the studio in the end of November. We will record 6 new tracks dealing with the classic subject of Death. We do not wish to say that much more about it yet, just that the music on this cd will be more aggressive than the previous one, eventhough some epic elements also will play their part. You will hear more from us soon!

FÖRDÄRV are about to release their debut mini-album The Echo of Emptiness on the new label Nigredo Records  run by Katia Losanno. The album consists of 5 songs exploring and praising the Emptiness.
